Guarantee

This contract is legal and binding between Luvadoodle- Breeder/Seller and the Buyer. The intent of this contract
is to protect both the Buyer and the Seller.

To the best of our knowledge your pet is healthy at the time of sale. Validation of this guarantee must be made by a
licensed veterinarian of your choice. The veterinarian must examine the puppy with (72) hours of the date of
delivery or pickup of the purchased puppy.

If within 72 hours of receiving the puppy and he/she is found to be at risk due to a life threatening congenital
defect (existing at birth), owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from two licensed vets
describing the puppy's condition. Breeder will accept the return of the puppy if the puppy has not been exposed to
infectious disease of any kind. Buyer understands, that all shipping costs to and from the Breeder are the
Buyer's sole responsibility and will not be refunded.

Breeder will replace the puppy provided that the puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically as when
originally purchased from the Breeder. The following conditions do not warrant the return of the puppy;
Bordetella, worms, ticks, fleas, mites, cocci, giardia, or other parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies.
Neither will we guarantee what kind of coat shedding as this is a hybrid and can shed from very minimial to a great
amount of shedding. We further guarantee this puppy for (7) days from the date of purchase against parvo virus,
distemper, hepatitis, and canine influenza. Breeder is not responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable
disease after leaving Breeder's possession. Breeder reserves the right to refuse the return of the puppy at their
sole discretion.

Breeder guarantees the puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making necessary euthanasia until
one year of age. Upon receipt of a letter to the breeder from two veterinarians stating that in his/her opinion this
condition is congenital, puppy will be replaced by a puppy of equal value at the Breeder's convenience.

If any one of these conditions listed below are not met this guarantee is null and void.

1. Buyer must follow ALL instructions on the New Puppy care sheet.
2. Vet checked within 72 hours of obtaining the purchased puppy.
3. Buyer must contact seller or a veterinarian at the first sign of puppy distress or illness.
4. The Guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the puppy only.
5. In the case of sudden demise of puppy, Breeder must receive a written notice of puppy's death from owner's vet
along with necropsy report indicating cause of death.
6. Buyer agrees to provide veterinary care at periodic intervals to include regular checkup, worming, heartworm
prevention, and the continuation of the vaccination series already started.
7. The puppy receives daily rations of quality food and fresh water such that it is well nourished and therefore
more resistant to sickness.
8. The puppy is housed in a suitable shelter typical for its breed and protected against extreme weather conditions.
9. That the purchased puppy is to be a family pet or working dog only and is not intended to be bred for profit
except with written consent from the Breeder/Seller. The puppy must be spay/neutered before the age of 6
months of age by a licensed veterinarian with the exception of written consent from the Breeder.
10. Failure to comply with and provide all documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees.

The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price and does not include
any additional expenses declared by the Buyer, such as shipping fees, vet expenses, etc.

This contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas Jurisdiction and venue shall
lie in a court of competent jurisdiction location in Conway County, Arkansas.

Breeder does not guarantee color, size, coat non-shedding ability or texture, championship or temperament of any
puppy.

The Buyer agrees to notify the breeder if for any reason the puppy/dog is to be rehomed. The original owner of
the below said puppy/dog will not for any reason place the puppy/dog in a shelter, rescue or sell the puppy/dog
for any reason. Written consent of approval must be given by the breeder prior to the placement of the puppy/dog
with a different owner or must be returned to the breeder without a refund of the original price.

Limitations of Guarantee:
This guarantee is non-transferable. No replacement shall be given if female has been bred. A licensed veterinarian
must do all laboratory verifications. The buyer/owner is responsible for all transportation costs to and from the
breeder. The Breeder is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses or any other expenses accumulated
on
Returned or replaced puppies.

In and for the receipt of the purchase price set forth below paid in hand to the Seller/Breeder, and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth below. Seller/Breeder agrees to sell and Buyer/Owner agrees to buy the following
